We introduce ourselves, we are Simón and Noelia, vintners, partners, husband and wife.
It all began years ago when we set ourselves a challenge: to create an Albariño wine that would restore Soutomaior's reputation and fame, which its Albariño wines have always enjoyed.
We planted 9,000 vines on a 3-hectare estate on the hilly bank of the Verdugo River. We made a great effort to design a "perfect" vineyard that would highlight the characteristics of the Soutomaior subregion.
We decided that all our wines would be made exclusively from the grapes we cultivated on this plot.
Only in this way could we guarantee the authenticity in conveying the characteristics that the terroir imparts to the wine.
The praise and recognition we are receiving keep us motivated to achieve the dream that initially drove us.

PREGUICEIRO​

V:Brancellao, caiño and sousón.

E: Late harvest.

Harvested in October with the aim of improving phenolic ripeness and lignifying green parts of the grape.

SOBERBIOSO

V: 100% Albariño.

E: Fermented in oak.

Fermented in used 500-liter oak barrels with the intention of giving the wine an additional aging capacity.

ALBARIÑO
​
V: 100% Albariño.

E:Direct pressing, without desteming.

We intend to reflect the expression of the Albariño variety in our estate as honestly as possible.
